Sustainable Maryland began working with homeowners and civic associations in 2020 to assist them with forming Green Teams and creating Sustainability Action Plans. This effort seeks to adapt our proven municipal model to a framework suitable for more local/neighborhood-scale communities across Maryland. Much of this work has been funded by grants from the Chesapeake Bay Trust.  Below are some examples of HOA/CA Green Teams in Maryland, and some resources that have been developed by Sustainable Maryland and others to assist them in their efforts to become more sustainable places.
